Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 1-2 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags and labels must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as [non-returnable items like undergarments, swimwear, or clearance items], are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at kourtesy.attire24@gmail.com or call us at 9310307332 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item(s) and include the original invoice, along with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped. To request an exchange:

  • Follow the return process outlined above.
  • Indicate whether you’d like to exchange the item for the same product or a different size/color.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If you used a promotional discount or coupon during the purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the adjusted purchase price.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  2. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments or swimwear) for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at kourtesy.attire24@gmail.com within 1-2 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Kourtesyattire.com will cover the return shipping costs.

9. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact customer service for assistance with international returns.
